Questions of conditions and amount of compensation of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 1999 No. 859 "About conditions and the amount of compensation of heads of the companies founded on the state-owned, utility property and associations of the state companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 21, Art. 957; 2000, No. 18, Art. 742; 2015, No. 100, Art. 3432; 2016, No. 16, the Art. 651) and of July 4, 2017 No. 668 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of payment terms of services and compensation for expenses of members of the supervisory boards of the state unitary enterprises and economic societies in whose authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 73, of Art. 2246; 2018, No. 29, the Art. 1023, No. 70, the Art. 2377) changes which are applied.

2. Determine that the monthly size of the salary of the head of the subject of managing of public sector of economy which is determined in the contract shall not exceed 1250 thousand hryvnias.

3. According to provisions of Items 1 and 2 of this resolution:

to provide to heads of authorized bodies of management, and also the head of the authorized subject of managing on management of objects of state-owned property in defense industry complex review by agreement of the parties of contracts with heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy, and also civil contracts with members of the supervisory boards of the specified subjects of managing, prisoners before entry into force of this resolution;
