Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, Art. 1693; 2020, No. 79, the Art. 2559), changes which are applied.

1. State Item 41 in the following edition:
"41. Special sessions selling the electrical energy made from alternative energy sources are held to terms and with completion date (the period of leave/selection of electrical energy) in month (M) which is determined by the guaranteed buyer.".
2. The paragraph one of Item 42 after the words "which is released selected) by the guaranteed buyer on daily basis during certain term and by certain hours of leave (sale schedule types) (Цст)" to add with the words "not below such".
3. State Item 43 in the following edition:
"43. Amounts of electrical energy which are offered by the guaranteed buyer for sale at special sessions selling the electrical energy made from alternative energy sources are determined by the guaranteed buyer.".
