About modification of Item 5 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

Make change to Item 5 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, of the Art. 2066), having added it with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) is provided in accordance with the established procedure by self-representative office of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in courts and other bodies through persons, representatives to be effective from her name, including the officials of legal services of administration staff of Gosspetssvyaz, its territorial authorities, Head department of government courier communication of Gosspetssvyaz, territorial subdivisions, institutions, organizations and organizations entering into structure of Gosspetssvyaz, or other authorized persons and also provides representation of interests of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in courts and other bodies through representatives.".
