1. Approve enclosed:

Order of registration of declarations of conformity (appendix No. 1);

Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of the registered declarations of conformity, the provisions containing in the specified register of data (appendix No. 2).

2. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for Items 7.5 and 12 of the Order of registration of the declarations of conformity which are becoming effective since August 1, 2021.
