About approval of the Procedure for issue or refusal in issue of the certificate on appointment, expansion or reducing the sphere of appointment, suspension or renewal of action or cancellation of such certificate and modification of special requirements to the appointed conformity assessment bodies

According to part five of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" and parts six of article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue or refusal in issue of the certificate on appointment, expansion or reducing the sphere of appointment, suspension or renewal of action or cancellation of such certificate which is applied.

2. Bring in the special requirements to the appointed conformity assessment bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2016 No. 56 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 13, the Art. 537), changes which are applied.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
