Article 1

Item 7 parts three of article 8 of the Federal Law of November 24, 1995 No. 181-FZ "About social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 48, Art. 4563; 2003, No. 43, Art. 4108; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2014, No. 49, Art. 6928; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7563; 2019, No. 29, the Art. 3851) to add with words "and the subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 18 of the Federal Law of February 26, 1997 No. 31-FZ "About mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Russian Federation".

Article 2

Bring in Item 1 of article 18 of the Federal Law of February 26, 1997 No. 31-FZ "About mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 9, Art. 1014; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4510) following changes:

Subitem 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) busy permanent care of the father, mother, the wife, the husband, the brother, the sister, the grandfather, the grandmother or the adoptive father, persons in need for health reasons according to the conclusion of federal institution of medico-social examination in foreign permanent care (the help, supervision) or the being disabled people of the I group, in the absence of other persons obliged to contain the specified citizens under the law;";

To add 2) with subitem 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) the being guardian or the custodian of the minor brother and (or) the minor sister in the absence of other persons obliged to contain the specified citizens under the law;";
