1. Form Council for economic reforms under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

- Regulations on Council for economic reforms under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- structure of Council for economic reforms under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. To render the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations assistance in activities of Council.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Customs and tariff Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 7, 1993 No. 290;
