About modification of the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 for No. 67/20380, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

the paragraph one of Item 2.26 after words "two copies" to add with words "(in one copy in case of creation electronically)";

in Item 2.31 of the word to "the head of judicial authority" shall be replaced with words to "the deputy manager of judicial authority";

2) in the Section III:

"3.3.
