About additional measures for enhancement of system of preparation, retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel in Academy of public administration in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Determine that:

a) since 2019/2020 academic years:

preparation of managerial personnel in Academy of public administration in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Academy) is performed in the demanded and perspective directions of the public, economic and public administration on grant and paid and contractual bases with separation from production on one-year and on the job on biennial to educational programs of magistracy with issue of the diploma of the state sample;

acceptance in magistracy and on rates of retraining of Academy is performed on the basis of tender only from among persons recommended by state governing bodies, the state organizations, bodies of economic board, and also republican non-state non-profit organizations, way of the organization of primary candidate screen on places and the subsequent conducting testing and interview in Academy;

requirements imposed to candidates for listeners of magistracy and rates of retraining of Academy affirm the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

b) implementation of measures for distribution of graduates of magistracy and rates of retraining of Academy on executive positions is performed by divisions of advisers to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under general coordination of management of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
