Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of investments and foreign trade and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on review and forming of the updated List of processing equipment which analogs are not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan, exempted when importing to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan from customs duty payment and the value added tax (further - the List), with indication of the ten-digit Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code and key parameters of the equipment.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for modification and amendments in the List of processing equipment which analogs are not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan, exempted when importing to the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan from customs duty payment and the value added tax according to appendix, providing:
document package, represented for inclusion or exception of the List of processing equipment;
requirements when conducting examination for inclusion or exception of processing equipment of the List;
procedure for modification and amendments in the List.
