1. According to part five of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020":

reduce amount of expenses of development in the program 3111020 "Development of network and content of highways public of the state value" by the amount of 118540 thousand hryvnias;

increase amount of expenses according to the program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by 118540 thousand hryvnias.

2. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 1, 2020 No. 539 "About assignment for implementation of construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways public of the state value" (2020, No. 55, the Art. 1707, No. 89, the Art. 2890) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2020 No. 1099, of figure of "31566477,1" to replace the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with figures of "31447937,1".

3. Allocate to the Ministry of Health 90249 thousand hryvnias (including consumption expenses - 23405, with 5 thousand hryvnias, development expenses - 66843, 5 thousand hryvnias) on irretrievable basis from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects as subvention from the government budget to local budgets for arrangement of temporary healthcare institutions (specialized hospitals) for delivery of health care to patients with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.
