5.2 (4).5. standard form of the agreement on realization of the tourist product signed between tour operator and the tourist and (or) other customer and the agreement on realization of the tourist product signed between the travel agent and the tourist and (or) other customer;

5.2 (4).6. form of the electronic permit of tour operator;

5.2 (4).7. procedure for placement of electronic permits of tour operator in unified information system of electronic permits and the list of the data specified in them;

5.2 (4).8. requirements to the register of electronic permits of tour operator;

5.2 (4).9. procedure for acceptance by merging of tour operators in the field of outbound tourism of the decision on release of tour operator from financial provision of responsibility of tour operator in the field of outbound tourism and payment of fees in fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator;
