ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize:

1) the republican state state company "Institute of Economy" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of economy" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) republican state state company "Institute of linguistics of A. Baytursynov" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of linguistics of A. Baytursynov" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the republican state state company "Institute of Literature and Art of M. O. Auezov" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of literature and art of M. O. Auezov" Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the republican state state company "Institute of History and Ethnology of Ch. Ch. Valikhanov" of Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of history and ethnology of Ch. Ch. Valikhanov" Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
