About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of mechanisms of mortgage lending
For the purpose of support of the needing population in improvement of housing conditions, further market development of mortgage lending, broad involvement of private contract organizations to construction of housing and creation for them favorable conditions during counteraction to spread of koronavirusny infection:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty and to the Ministry of construction to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on further expansion of possibility of use of mechanisms of mortgage lending for the population in a month, including on decrease in the size of the initial contribution on mortgage loan.
3. To the Ministry of Finance together with other interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
