According to Article 8 of the Budget code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction concerning application of economic classification of expenses of the budget approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 12, 2012 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 27, 2012 for No. 456/20769 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 21, 2012 No. 754) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to department of document flow and control of execution of documents of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2021, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on Deputy Ministers of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine.
