The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for provision in case of the birth of the child of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid";

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for provision in case of the birth of the child of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid".

2. Determine that the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" is provided on the children born since October 24, 2020 inclusive.

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. To public service for children, regional and Kiev city to public administrations to provide:

carrying out information and explanatory work among the population concerning procedures for provision of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" and payment of monetary compensation of its cost;

organization of provision of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid" according to the Procedure approved by this resolution;

control of timely and address provision of the one-time natural help "packet of the kid".
