1. According to part five of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020":

1) to reduce amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 2501310 "Financial aid of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine which is allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for payment of material security and insurance payments on irretrievable basis" for the amount of 262584 thousand hryvnias;

2) to increase amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by the amount of 262584 thousand hryvnias.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 14, 2020 No. 823 "About assignment for ensuring implementation of some actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, the Art. 2408).
