1. In Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of compensation to the transport servicing approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 478-490, 1502), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The subitem 2) to state 1) in Item 1 in the following edition:

"2) person with limited musculoskeletal opportunities - person with violations of the musculoskeletal device which in case of interaction with different obstacles stir/create difficulties in its movement, requiring supportive technical means and/or support of other person, circumstance which can limit its complete and effective participation in life of society on an equal basis with other people. Defeats of the musculoskeletal device are established in appendix No. 3 to this Provision.";

Chapter IV to state 2) in the following edition:

"IV. Amount of compensation

9. The amount of compensation for quarter for persons with the expressed restrictions of opportunities in areas constitutes:

1) leu 69,0, since January 1, 2021;

2) leu 124,5, since January 1, 2022;

3) leu 180,0, since January 1, 2023.

10. The amount of compensation for quarter for persons with the expressed restrictions of opportunities in мун. Бэлць constitutes:

1) leu 135,0, since January 1, 2021;

2) leu 157,5, since January 1, 2022;

3) leu 180,0, since January 1, 2023;

11. The amount of compensation for quarter for persons with the expressed restrictions of opportunities in мун. Chisinau constitutes leu 180,0.

12. The amount of compensation for quarter for persons with heavy restrictions of opportunities and children with limited opportunities aged to 18 years constitutes leu 360,0 which includes also compensation for persons accompanying them.
