About innovative activities

This Law is directed to increase in level of economic, ecological and social welfare of the population and safety of the state by activation and effective management of innovative investing activities, transfer of scientific achievements and the mastered technologies to production of goods and services in all territory of the republic.
Features of legal relationship and conditions of approbation of innovative services / technologies in the field of provision of banking, payment services within the special regulating modes are regulated by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, banks and banking activity".
