in Rules of subsidizing of the aviaroutes approved by the specified resolution:
to state paragraph two of Item 8 to the following edition:
"For the purpose of rational use of the allocated money on subsidizing of aviaroutes (as agreed by the parties within the agreement or agreements of budget subsidizing of regular aviaroutes), in cases of decrease or exceeding of the actual amount which is subject to subsidizing over the planned size of subsidies along aviaroutes, are allowed:".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
