1. Approve the enclosed Rules of subsidizing of aviaroutes.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2007 No. 1344 "About approval of Rules of expenditure of budget subsidies for aviaroutes" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, Art. No. 50 623).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Rules of subsidizing of aviaroutes

1. General provisions

1. These rules of subsidizing of aviaroutes (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 54) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 2010 "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" and determine procedure for subsidizing of aviaroutes.

2. The domestic regular transports along aviaroutes performed based on decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the state body authorized by it and also the transportations performed based on decisions of local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value and the capital, which are not providing the income level necessary for effective functioning of aviaroute are subject to subsidizing at the expense of budgetary funds.
