About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of December 17, 2018 No. 586

For the purpose of the fastest stabilization of economic country situation, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of December 17, 2018 No. 586 the following changes:

- in Item 1:

replace figures "2021" with figures "2022";

add with subitems 9 and 10 of the following content:

"9) on carrying out supervision of respect for quality of the imported and implementable fuels and lubricants;

10) according to statements of physical persons and legal entities on the facts of violation of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of the non-bank financial market.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
