According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of procedures of implementation of maintenance expenses and repayment of public debt, accomplishment by the state of warranty obligations, expenses on payments for the state derivatives I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on expenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 1407, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2013 for No. 130/22662 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to department of document flow and control of execution of documents of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2021, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on Deputy Ministers of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
