Bring in the Procedure for write-off of outstanding monetary commitments or tax debt after the liquidation of the taxpayer which is not connected with bankruptcy, No. 1231 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; 2017, No. 69, the Art. 2080), changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph one of Item 2 of the word of "the head (his deputy) of monitoring body" shall be replaced with words "the head (his deputy or the authorized person) of monitoring body";.
2. In appendix to the Procedure:
The words "surname, initials" shall be replaced with words 1) "initials and surname", and the words "surname, name, middle name" - the words "own name";
The words "Head (Deputy Manager) of Monitoring Body" shall be replaced with words 2) "The head (his deputy or the authorized person) of monitoring body".
