About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Health regulations in the woods of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1995 No. 555 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 10, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 87, Art. 2839):

1) in Item 5:

the fifteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"In reserved zones of biospheric reserves, national natural and regional landscape parks, in the territory of natural reserves, nature sanctuaries, pralesovy nature sanctuaries, including in conservation zones width the double height of forest stand of the primitive wood which are established around pralesovy nature sanctuaries, in the woods, kvazipralesa, the natural woods reserved natural boundaries suffices, carrying out sanitary cabins of all types, cutting down of hollow, dead, doty trees and liquidation of clutter is forbidden.";
