For the purpose of high-quality study of questions of realization of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization" of September 29, 2017 No. 628, the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph one of Item 10 of the word "10 working days" shall be replaced with words "14 working days";
- in Item 11 of the word "10 working days" shall be replaced with words "60 (sixty) calendar days".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
