The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of 630362 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for the general fund of the government budget for provision of immediate compensation to subjects of managing who are legal entities, for the purpose of expense recovery, suffered on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance, for implementation of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.

2. Approve the Procedure for use of the funds allocated for provision of immediate compensation to subjects of managing who are legal entities for the purpose of expense recovery, suffered on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance, for implementation of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is applied.

3. Provide:

1) to the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry - approval of allocation of budgetary funds, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

2) to the Ministry of Finance - after the specified approval opening of the new budget program and entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
