About assignment for provision of one-time financial support to insured persons who can lose the income in case of total ban of the sphere of their activities owing to strengthening of rationing arrangements

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Allocate to the Ministry of social policy 8279464 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects, including 3242251, with 29 thousand hryvnias on the general fund and 5037212, 71 thousand hryvnias on special fund of the government budget, for provision of one-time financial support to insured persons who can lose the income in case of total ban of the sphere of their activities owing to strengthening of rationing arrangements, the stipulated in Article 2 Laws of Ukraine "About social support of insured persons and subjects of managing for implementation of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus".

2. Approve the Procedure for use of means for provision of one-time financial support to insured persons who can lose the income in case of total ban of the sphere of their activities owing to strengthening of rationing arrangements which is applied.

3. Bring in the budget of the Pension fund of Ukraine for 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 No. 22 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 12, the Art. 483, No. 57, the Art. 1785), changes which are applied.
