For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for transport drivers in the course of traffic, and also taking into account opinions and declaration of will of the public the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Item 138 of the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 24, 2015 No. 370 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 12, Art. 109), to state in the following edition:
"138. During daylight hours passing beam of headlights shall be included in the following cases:
in case of movement as a part of organized road convoy;
by the buses and route vehicles transporting passengers;
in case of organized transportation of group of children;
in transit dangerous, bulky and heavy loads;
in case of towage of motorized vehicles (on the towing vehicle);
on motorcycles and mopeds".
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
