About approval of the Procedure for provision of immediate compensation to subjects of managing, the Procedure for forming and maintaining the register of receivers of immediate compensation to subjects of managing and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2020 No. 302

According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About social support of insured persons and subjects of managing for implementation of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for provision of immediate compensation to subjects of managing;

Procedure for forming and maintaining register of receivers of immediate compensation to subjects of managing.

2. Bring in Item 2 of the Procedure for use of fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2020 No. 302 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 36, the Art. 1191, No. 43, the Art. 1394, No. 55, the Art. 1707), changes which are applied.
