Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 1993 No. 2341-XII "About internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. State preamble in the following edition:
"This Law determines the organizational and legal basis of activities of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus (further - internal troops), procedure for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them, guarantees of legal and social protection of the military personnel of internal troops and members of their families.".
2. In Article 1:
to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 1. Internal troops";
to exclude from the text of Article of the word "The Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus (Further — Internal Troops)".
3. In part two of Article 2 of the word of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations".
4. State Article 4 in the following edition:
"Article 4. Legal basis of activities of internal troops
In the activities internal troops are guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, this Law, other acts of the legislation, and also international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
5. 5, of the paragraph of the eleventh of Article 8, of the paragraph of the fourth of Article 9, 11, of parts two and the sixth Article 14, of the paragraph of the sixth of Article 16, Article parts one 17, of parts two and the sixth Article 18, Articles 23, of parts four and the sixth Article 24, parts three of Article 25 and Article 26 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude Articles from Article part three.
