About approval of the Instruction about departure and receipt of documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents

(2) article 167 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), an also Article 14 of the h. (20) the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering No. 308/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, to Art. No. 58-66, 133), I ORDER:
2. Repeal the Order GGNI No. 284 of 19.04.2012 "About departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration, banks and payment service providers".
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova. It becomes effective since 1.01.2021.
