According to part eight of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About social support of insured persons and subjects of managing for implementation of the restrictive anti-epidemic actions entered for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of one-time financial support to subjects of managing, calculation of its size, collection, return of its unused amount which is applied.

2. Determine that one-time financial support is paid to subjects of managing according to the applications received by city, district and gorrayonny jobcenters and branches of regional jobcenters from subjects of managing, which arrived till December 21, 2020 inclusive. The documents provided by subjects of managing for provision of one-time financial support after December 21, 2020 are not considered by city, district and interdistrict jobcenters and branches of regional jobcenters.
