About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2016 No. 54

Based on the paragraph of the fifteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2016 No. 54 "About establishment of requirements to contents of educational and program documentation when carrying out preparation concerning industrial safety" the following changes:

in preamble:

shall be replaced with words words of "2016" "2016 No. 354-Z";

exclude the words "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations";

in Item 1:

from paragraph two of subitem 1.1 of the word "of January 5, 2016" and "(National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.01. 2/2352)" to exclude 2016,;

state subitem 1.3.16 in the following edition:

"1.3.16. concerning objects on which are made, stored, used pyrotechnic products are tested, destroyed:
