1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2016 No. 13 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for planning and calculation of costs for rendering separate housing and communal services" the following changes:

1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus";
