Questions of implementation of subitem 39-2.4.2.2 of subitem 39-2.4.2 of Item 39-2.4 of article 39-2 of the Tax Code of Ukraine

According to paragraph one of subitem 39-2.4.2.2 of subitem 39-2.4.2 of Item 39-2.4 of article 39-2 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of stock exchanges on which are in circulation of the share (share) of the public companies which is applied.

2. Determine that shares (share) of the public companies are recognized being in circulation on the stock exchange which is included in the list approved by this resolution on condition of finding of the specified shares (shares) in listing of such stock exchange.

3. Recommend to the National commission on securities and the stock market to submit proposals concerning modification of the list approved by this resolution taking into account development of the international market of the capital.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
