Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the Register of non-profitable organizations and organizations, inclusions of the non-profitable companies, organizations and organizations in the Register and exceptions of the Register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 56, Art. 1945; 2017, No. 29, Art. 855; 2019, No. 43, the Art. 1497), changes which are applied.

Such statement is transferred electronically in accordance with the established procedure by the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming to monitoring bodies together with data on state registration of changes in the information about the legal entity according to the Law.";
