For the purpose of enhancement of questions of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2020 No. 51 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out tender and forming of reserve of personnel in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 17 of figure "14" to replace with figures "13";

- add with Item 17-1 of the following content:

"17-1. The expenses connected with participation in tender (journey to the venue of tender and back, employment of premises, accommodation, use of services of means of communication), participants of tender make at the expense of own means.";

2) in Regulations on the procedure for forming of reserve of personnel on promotion and carrying out internal tender on substitution of executive positions in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
