According to the Law of Ukraine of April 13, 2020 No. 555-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" concerning prevention of spread of koronavirusny disease (COVID-19)", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90) and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 641 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of the strengthened anti-epidemic actions in the territory with considerable spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus", I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for provision of primary medical care approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of March 19, 2018 No. 504, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2018 for No. 348/31800, which are applied.

2. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for issue of the documents certifying the temporary disability of citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 13, 2001 No. 455, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 4, 2001 for No. 1005/6196, which are applied.
