According to Article 131 of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for control and accounting of the goods placed under customs regime of refusal for benefit of the state, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for transfer to authorized body on management of state-owned property of the goods placed under customs regime of refusal for benefit of the state according to appendix.

2. The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov and the chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. V. Tokhiry.
