About some questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation republican state state company "National Academy of Education of I. Altynsarin" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "National Academy of Education of I. Altynsarin" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) main object of activity of the company methodological and scientific and methodical providing education system and educational process (state obligatory standards of education, curricula, training programs).

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) introduction on approval into Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;

2) state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 19.08.2022 No. 581
