About modification of the Regulations on special telecommunication systems of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 735/2002

1. In the Regulations on special telecommunication systems of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 735/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 79-81/833), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

C) of Item 9 of the word "the list approved by the Government" to replace 1) in the subitem with the text "the list specified in appendix";

To "Department of boundary police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 26 of the word to "General inspectorate of Boundary police, Service of information technologies";

To add 3) with the following appendix:

1. Presidency of the Republic of Moldova:

1) President of the Republic of Moldova;

2. Parliament of the Republic of Moldova:

1) Chairman of the parliament;

2) reception of the Chairman of the parliament;

3) vice-chairmen of Parliament;

4) members of Permanent bureau of Parliament;

5) chairmen of the permanent commissions of Parliament;

6) secretary general of Parliament;

7) deputy secretaries general of Parliament;

8) chief of Head department of parliamentary documentation of the Secretariat of Parliament.

3. Government of the Republic of Moldova:

1) Prime Minister;

2) Prime Minister's reception;

3) deputy prime ministers;

4) advisers to the Prime Minister;
