About prolongation of action of temporary measures for settlement of legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the Russian Federation in connection with threat of further spread of new koronavirusny infection (COVID-19)

a) in Item 1:
in paragraph one of the word "till December 15, 2020." shall be replaced with words "till June 15, 2021";

"b) stay terms outside the Russian Federation participants of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad (further the State program), members of their families, persons who got permission to temporary residence or the residence permit if specified persons did not drive to the Russian Federation before the expiration of 6-month term of stay beyond its limits, necessary for decision making about cancellation of the certificate of the participant of the State program, permission to temporary residence or the residence permit;";
add with the subitem "d" of the following content:
"e) effective periods of certificates of the participant of the State program if they were valid for March 15, 2020 and are issued to the participants of the State program and (or) members of their families who are outside the Russian Federation.";
b) in Item 2:
in paragraph one of the word "till December 15, 2020." shall be replaced with words "till June 15, 2021";
