To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and Federal Antimonopoly Service till September 1, 2021 to introduce to the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation about modification of the Rules of establishment and determination of standard rates of consumption of utilities and standard rates of consumption of utility resources for the purpose of content of common property in the apartment house approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2006 No. 306 "About approval of Rules of establishment and determination of standard rates of consumption of utilities and standard rates of consumption of utility resources for the purpose of content of common property in the apartment house" in the part providing realization of the balanced approach in case of establishment of standard rates of consumption of utilities, including in case of the choice of method of establishment of standard rates adjustment of the established specific values.
