About modification of Item 15 of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 1 of article 10 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in Item 15 of the Procedure for the filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019, but not earlier than April 1, 2021.

The changes made to Item 15 of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

1. Add subitem 29 with paragraphs of the following content:

"At number 15 concerning the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption which are included in the list approved by the Eurasian economic commission according to Item 2 of article 2 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 (further - the goods which are subject to traceability) are specified goods quantity in the quantitative unit of measure of goods used for the purpose of traceability implementation, symbol and (or) code of such unit of measure.
