About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning intellectual property

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning intellectual property of change which are attached.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1756 "About the state registration of copyright and agreements concerning the author's right to the work" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2369; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2673; 2018, No. 1, Art. 14; 2019, No. 90, Art. 3000):
Item 1 of the resolution to exclude 1);
2) according to the procedure of the state registration of copyright and agreements concerning the author's right to the work, approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 1 shall be replaced with words the word of Ministry of Economics "National authority on intellectual property";
in paragraph four of Item 2 and item 4 the word of Ministry of Economics shall be replaced with words "National authority on intellectual property" in the corresponding case;
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. National authority on intellectual property:
a) accepts the applications submitted for registration and considers them for the purpose of determination of compliance to requirements of Sections II and III of this Procedure;
