About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1034/2014 about approval of the Standard regulations on Service of social home care and the Minimum quality standards

Based on the Law No. 547/2003 on the public assistance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 1034/2014 about approval of the Standard regulations on Service of social home care and the Minimum quality standards (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 1-10, 1), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

a) in Item 2 after the word "is" to add with words "primary social";

b) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The service obtains accreditation according to provisions of the Law No. 129/2012 on accreditation of suppliers of social services.";

c) in item 4 to state the concept "multi-profile group" of the following edition:

"multi-profile group - the group of specialists of different areas created by body of local public authority of the first level or the private supplier which enter: the communitarian social assistant, the family doctor or the communitarian medical assistant, the representative of body of local public authority, the representative of civil society, the trade union representative in the territory, the social worker, depending on circumstances, the communal intermediary, and also other necessary specialists who participate in assessment of needs of applicants of home care also formulate conclusions concerning need/lack of need for provision of service of Service.";

d) in the subitem 2) Item 7:

litas. b) after the text of "food" to add with the text "feeding";

litas. i) state in the following edition:

"i) maintenance communication/assistance in communication with relatives and friends";
