1. Approve Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register created by the information system "Accounting of Applicants and Receivers of Subsidies" it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment to provide implementation, functioning and development of the State register created by the information system "Accounting of Applicants and Receivers of Subsidies" by means of intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry.

3. In Item 17 of the Technical concept of the information system "Accounting of Applicants and Receivers of Subsidies" approved by the Order of the Government No. 227/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 115-117, 348), to replace the word "Agency" with the text: "Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and environment".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.
