Some questions of alienation of objects of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that alienation of the share belonging to the state in the right of common ownership (further - the state share), is performed with use of the procedure determined by the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 803 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 43, Art. 1714; 2019, No. 86, the Art. 2903), taking into account the following features:

the joint owner can exercise the privilege to purchase of the state share at the price announced for sale and on other equal conditions;

the selling price of the state share is determined based on independent assessment according to requirements of the legislation on assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity;

in case of refusal the co-owner from implementation of the privilege to purchase of the state share or in case desire to acquire the state share was shown by several participants, its sale happens at electronic auction according to requirements of the Procedure for the alienation of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 803;

in case of sale of the state share at electronic auction in the announcement of holding the auction information on the size of the state share, co-owners, the basis of emergence of the right of common ownership, and also on property to which the right of common ownership extends is specified.

2. Bring in the Procedure for alienation of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2007 No. 803 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 43, Art. 1714; 2019, No. 86, the Art. 2903), changes which are applied.
