2) in Article 13:

a) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "every two years" shall be replaced with words "once a year";

b) to declare the subitem 6 of Item 3 invalid;

c) in item 4:

state subitem 2 in the following edition:

"2) non-presentations at the scheduled time the youth or children's consolidation included in the Federal register of the youth and children's associations enjoying the state support, once a year in the federal executive body performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of the state youth policy, documents confirming compliance of youth or children's consolidation to requirements of Item 2 of article 4 of this Federal Law;";

add with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) inclusions of youth or children's consolidation in the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent.".
